After a long search for God, that caused him wander into Islam, Transcendental Meditation (TM) and Raja yoga, he committed his life to Christ in 2000 at SALT fellowship.
He graduated from Kenyatta University with BSc (Biochemistry and Zoology) and was pursuing MSc in Biochemistry at the University of Nairobi before joining internship at Mamlaka Hill Chapel in January 2005. He then proceeded to Nairobi Evangelical Graduate school of Theology (NEGST/AIU) in 2006 where he pursed MDiv in Biblical Studies. After graduation he served as youth pastor from 2010 to 2013 and now serves as Pastor for discipleship at Mamlaka.
He is passionate about helping people take their next step in their relationship with God and his inspiration comes from Colossians 1:28-29.
He is married to Esther Ngugi and has a three year old son, Karuga Ngugi.
He is a vivid reader and loves watching epic movies.
