Meet Pastor Bramwell Ngie

Head Pastor, Community and Care

I am married to Agnes who happens to be a great woman of God. I thank God for her and the gifts God has given her. I am excited about serving God’s people in the Mamlaka Hill Chapel and in the wider church. I am involved in the small groups ministry of the church and also in the Care ministry. I love this ministry because it gives me an opportunity to serve God’s people but also to experience His transforming power in His church.

On education I have diploma in Bible and Missions, a degree in Bible and Theology and an MA of Leadership in Christian Ministries. My hobbies are traveling, adventure, camping and bicycle riding.

My encounter with Christ began when I was a teenager. It all began at the age of thirteen, when I began to inquire about life and who I was. I had a lot of questions concerning life and death and what would happen in the life after. It was during a youth camp when my questions were answered after the preacher clearly explained the Gospel to me. Romans 3:23 made sense even though I had heard this passage before, since I had been raised in strictly conservative Christian home. I realized that the Bible’s testimony about the state of our heart is true and the only way forward is to repent and turn back to God. I must admit that my Christian parents had played a big role in planting this seed that was now beginning to germinate. Indeed he that the Son has set free is free indeed. I was free at last.

My favorite verse Philippians 1:6. My passion is to help people to encounter the Transforming Power of the Risen Christ.

For the first time I understood why Christ had to die and what this meant for me. It was like a heavy burden had been lifted from my shoulders, indeed my life would never be the same again.

From then on, life began to make sense; that God has put me here for a purpose, that I must therefore ensure I fulfill that purpose for as long as I live. As a matter of fact the song never the same again became a life for me.

I discovered more and more that my life no longer belonged to me but to the King. I had to make drastic changes that would affect the rest of my life, for example my life dreams were adjusted to fit the King’s interests for I had begun to live Galatians 2:20.
