The Mamlaka Hill Chapel leadership development ministry is a one-year, full time program designed to empower and instruct emerging leaders for vocational (full-time) ministry and ministry in the marketplace. It is a transformative experience that takes trainees through the "trenches” of ministry while developing personal character and spiritual growth. Our approach at focusing on self-leadership has proved the age-old maxim, 'you cannot lead others until you learn to lead yourself.'
